Carol Montgomery

Carol Montgomery has lived in the sixth ward for almost 4 years, returning to Montana after teaching at a community college in Bishop, CA.  She has earned a BFA at the University of Montana and a MFA at the San Francisco Art Institute.  She has made a career as an artist and an art teacher.

Carol and her husband have roots in Beaverhead County, where he ranched and they raised 5 children.  She is also currently serving on the Helena Public Art Committee as vice-chair.
