    Ellen Bell

    Ellen Bell is originally from Lewistown, MT.  She holds a degree from Carroll College in Elementary Education with a Special Education Endorsement; a Masters Degree from Walden University in Educational Technology.

    She has extensive volunteer experience, as well as work experience in business (office supply, printing, legal publishing and web design), education (elementary and U of M Helena College of Technology), government (Software Trainer at Lewis & Clark County/City of Helena), and non-profits (American Red Cross and United Way).

    Ellen has two children, two grandchildren and two cats.  In her free time she enjoys quilting, reading and traveling. She loves living in the District 4 neighborhood.  She feels there is a great mix of housing and business there.
