All About The Helena Citizens' Council

The Helena Citizens' Council: We are YOUR voice! Our goal is to maintain or improve the quality of life for Helena citizens' by representing them as we advice the City Commission on budget, policy, issues, and projects in Helena. 

The Helena Citizens' Council is made up of 4 elected representatives of each of the 7 Helena Neighborhood Districts. These representatives are responsible for neighborhood organizing and district representation on city projects and issues.  All representatives will meet on a monthly basis to discuss current neighborhood and city on-goings, and relay information back to citizens' and local government. Representatives are also expected to be a part of a city board or committee in order to represent the citizens on committee actions.  For a list of boards and citizens' council representative participation please see attachment below.
